Dr. Maria Eugenia Yazji earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, graduating in the top 5% of her class. She then completed an additional two years of specialty training in orthodontics, earning a Master of Science in Orthodontics (MS) from Northwestern University.
During her residency, Dr. Yazji developed advanced expertise in tooth movement and facial development and trained in modern, research-driven treatment philosophies focused on preserving natural teeth. She remains committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in orthodontics.
Raised in a dental family, with both parents practicing as general dentists, Dr. Yazji has cultivated a patient-focused, family-oriented, and progressive practice environment.
Dr. Yazji is affiliated with such organizations as the American Association of Orthodontists, Florida Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the World Federation of Orthodontics, the Southern Association of Orthodontics, and the American Lingual Orthodontic Association-International.
